Overview
In nature, freshwater snails spend most of their time grazing on biofilms, soft algae, microorganisms and organic matter that naturally develop on rocks, driftwood, plants and other submerged surfaces. This constant grazing behaviour provides a continuous source of nutrients essential for healthy growth, shell development and daily activity.
In modern aquariums, however, these naturally occurring food sources are often limited due to efficient filtration, regular maintenance and low nutrient availability.
LGND Snail™ Liquid has been specially developed to supplement this natural diet with an ultra-fine micronised suspension that disperses throughout the aquarium before settling onto hardscape, plants, decorations and substrate. This creates a natural grazing surface that closely resembles the way freshwater snails feed in the wild.
Formulated with premium marine proteins, nutrient-rich microalgae and carefully selected natural ingredients, LGND Snail™ Liquid provides balanced daily nutrition for both juvenile and adult ornamental snails. Regular feeding supports healthy growth, strong shell development, normal grazing behaviour and long-term vitality while contributing to a biologically balanced aquarium ecosystem.

Suitable for planted freshwater aquariums and community aquariums.
Directions
Shake well before use.
Dose 2–5 drops once daily, depending on aquarium size and the number of snails.
Allow the food to disperse naturally throughout the aquarium so that it settles onto surfaces where snails normally graze.
Adjust the dosage according to feeding activity.
Avoid overfeeding.

Complementary feed for ornamental freshwater snails.
Composition: Water, Shrimp Meal, Krill Meal, Spirulina (Spirulina platensis), Chlorella (Chlorella pyrenoidosa), Brewer's Yeast, Whole Egg Powder, Maltodextrin, Sunflower Lecithin.
Nutritional Additives per litre: Vitamin C 2,000 mg, Vitamin E 500 mg.
Naturally occurring nutrients per litre: Vitamin A (β-Carotene) 2,331 µg, Vitamin B2 0.23 mg, Vitamin B9 16.2 µg, Iron 15.3 mg, Magnesium 106.8 mg.
Naturally rich in: Marine proteins, essential amino acids, chlorophyll, phycocyanin, carotenoids, β-glucans and natural antioxidants.
FAQ
Is LGND Snail™ Liquid suitable for all freshwater snails?
Yes. It is suitable for most ornamental freshwater snail species commonly kept in aquariums.
Can juvenile snails eat it?
Yes. The ultra-fine particle size makes it suitable for newly developing snails as well as adults.
Does it improve shell growth?
A balanced daily diet helps support normal shell growth and maintenance when combined with appropriate water chemistry and adequate calcium availability.
Will shrimp or fish also eat it?
Yes. Shrimp and some fish may consume part of the suspension. This is completely normal and does not reduce its suitability for snails.
Can it be used every day?
Yes. Daily feeding is recommended to provide a continuous supply of highly digestible nutrients.
