Directions
Before installation, ensure that the CO2 cylinder valve is completely closed and that the regulator is fully depressurized. Inspect all sealing surfaces and verify that the sealing washer is correctly installed and free from damage.
Thread the Legend Adapter W21.8™ onto the SodaStream® cylinder by hand until secure. Once the adapter is properly seated, connect the regulator to the adapter using the standard W21.8 regulator connection. The union nut should be tightened by hand only. The use of pliers, spanners, adjustable wrenches, or other tools is not recommended and may damage sealing components or connection threads.
After installation, slowly open the cylinder valve and inspect all connections for leakage before placing the system into normal operation. A suitable leak detection solution may be used to verify the integrity of the connection.
When replacing cylinders, always close the cylinder valve and fully depressurize the regulator before disconnecting any components. Periodic inspection of sealing washers is recommended to ensure long-term reliability and leak-free operation.
